Momentum Empowerment Coaching

Momentum Empowerment Coaching is an integration of yoga, mindfulness and coaching techniques to help clients manage stress, access strength and navigate challenging life situations.

Examples of various life challenges are:

Momentum Empowerment Coaching is comprised of two components:

1. Guided yoga practice which provides an opportunity for the client to release physical and mental tension.

2. Coaching session which is a facilitated discussion to help the client gain clarity related to decisions, goals and action plans to achieve his or her personal goals.

Through the guided yoga practice, clients build physical strength and mental/ emotional strength. Clients can also expand their self awareness, self assurance and develop skills for managing stress in their day to day lives.

Momentum Yoga provides and encourages modifications to enable each student to honor his or her unique body. No previous yoga experience is required. All levels are welcome.
